Well equipped place a little bit old. We found the place not very well cleaned (we communicated this point to the agency). I would recommend the place anyway."

"we were 10 and de have enjoyed our stay. we had plenty of wood to chimney and House was warm and confortable on spite of -15 outdoors. staff was very friendly. Owner changed a non functionally oven for a new one. Cons: its a pity they do not offer towels and bed clothes by default, we didnt see detailed on vrbo web page we have to reserve and pay for that."

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free."
