Go for a courtyard patio!

Outstanding property. Had a courtyard patio, which I would highly recommend. Great location: clean, beautiful, great service. Didn’t want to leave.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are tidy and clean. The spa is nice. The bar/restaurant we didn't use because overprised. But we didnt came for that😉

Slightly disappointed , on arrival no spaces free for spa ( had to book in time slot apparently??) So didn’t visit . Room was a bit small & paid extra for balcony which was pointless in winter months !! Good breakfast.

Très bel hôtel en plein centre-ville Nous avions une Chambre confortable avec terrasse. Gros bémol sur le petit déjeuner: de base l’offre est assez pauvre avec des produits bas de gamme. A 9h30 il n’y avait plus rien à manger et le responsable nous a dit que c’était trop tard, il ne pouvait plus rien faire en cuisine…

Séjour court, visite du château.

De passage à Fontainebleau pour visiter le château nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la beauté du bâtiment (intérieur et extérieur) et le spa avec un sauna et une très belle piscine (attention au sol glissant au abord du bassin).

Ikke varmt vann i dusj eller vask. Det manglet også en andre rull med toalettpapir. Det luktet på rommet, vi tror det var fuktskader som luktet. Vi kom til frokost 09.30, da var det tomt for nesten alt i varmebeholderne.

Hotel joli design et service agréable. Bien placé. En revanche au niveau de la literie le matelas était trop ferme , nous avons même pas pu dormir convenablement . Nous avions eu 2 lits collés l'un à l'autre avec une séparation entre chacun pour un couple . Décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Au niveau du petit déjeuner, pas rassurant de voir un plateau de légumes tout sec et non frais .

Loin de nos attentes

L'hôtel Napoléon est un bel hôtel très bien entretenu, les chambres sont confortables, très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, produits de qualité, frais et variés. Le personnel est attentionné. Si vous souhaitez prendre une chambre avec petit déjeuner et éventuellement un soin alors oui. Nous avions choisi cet établissement pensant nous détendre au SPA.Nous avons été très déçus !! Il n'y a pas d'endroit pour s'allonger, 2 malheureux bancs et quelques patères pour poser vos serviettes ! ce SPA peut accueillir 15 personnes et il est rentabilisé ! Cela relève plus d'une piscine municipale que d'un endroit de détente. Cette rentabilité se ressent aussi jusque dans les assiettes du restaurant l'Empreinte calculées au plus juste. Vous commandez un suprême de volaille et vous avez la moitié du suprême baignant dans une sauce quelconque. De nouveau très déçus.

A tester absolument.

Hôtel à la décoration très soignée, refait récemment, très tendance avec un rappel à l' histoire de Fontainebleau. Très bien placé, à deux pas du château, de la rue Montebello avec beaucoup de petits restaurants...Personnel agréable et professionnel. Petit plus pour le barman ( dont ce n' est pas l' emploi permanent mais plein de bonne volonté). Salle du petit déjeûner et buffet parfait, grand choix de produits de qualité. Enfin, une directrice interréssée par l' opinion de ses clients, merci.

Bien mais pas top

Lieu incontournable de Fontainebleau, suite à un court séjour d’une journée afin de voir le résultat de x années de travaux de rénovation, l’accueil, le bar et patio intérieur sont d’un niveau 4 étoiles en terme de rénovation et décors ! Le petit déjeuner et complet avec beaucoup de choix ! En revanche il manque quelques transat à l’espace Spa qui aurait était un petit plus. Des terrasses sans être une terrasse privative, quelques bac avec des plantes pour séparer les différentes terrasses. Selon le personnel de l’hôtel celui ci n’ai pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Certains râle à la moindre petite demande ou ont un air désabusé mais heureusement que ce n’ai pas l’intégralité ! Réception au top. Chambre un peu petite et entendons les différentes portes des couloirs claqué en pleine nuit ou matin . Au final c’est bien mais pas top. Dommage :/

Un excellent séjour

Rien à redire un petit mot dans la chambre car le week-end était organisé à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage. Le seul bémol fut la météo qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse.
