Amazing recently updated 3 bed/2 bath A-frame home in Abbey Springs Community with open format and brand new custom-designed kitchen. An abundance of natural light shines in from the wall of windows leading to oversized wraparound deck. Relax by the stone surrounded wood-burning fireplace or gather around for a movie on the large smart TV. Ready to get outside? Take a dip in the private, on-site hot tub and enjoy the outdoors! Abbey Springs is an 18 hole golf course community with loads of amenities and 24 security. We offer a golf cart (May - September) for you to cruise around and explore the many options including; indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, beautiful 18-hole golf course (green fees not included), 3 on-site restaurants, beach, basketball courts, playground, Pickleball, etc. Come enjoy every season and all things Geneva Lake!

Modern A Frame Cabin Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location was great and having access to the golf cart to get around was fun. We also appreciated the ease of accessing club amenities such as the fitness center. The owner was very responsive to the questions I had.

Great home for friends and family

Great location that you can take advantage of all Abbey Springs has to offer. Big, open family room/kitchen with a fireplace is perfect for hanging out. All around great rental.

Wonderful Family Stay

This is our second time staying at the home, and we had a wonderful time again. The home is very clean, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is wonderful. You can use the golf cart to use the resort pool, beach, arcade, and restaurants. The home is also conveniently located to go to the Fontana Beach as well as Lake Geneva’s downtown area. We already cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Cozy Lake getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The house had a nice cozy cabin five but modern and clean as well. We loved having access to the resort amenities as well.Highly recommend this location to anybody who wants a getaway by the lake.

Excellent family rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for exploring all that Lake Geneva has to offer. The Abbey Springs staff are also very helpful and accommodating. The house had everything we needed including some toys and games for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Clean and comfortable property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was updated and very clean. The house is close to the pool, club house, and beach especially with the golf cart. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely would like to stay here again in the future!

Front room of the A frame was great. I gave 5 stars, if I had to complain about anything, would be rooms a bit small. No attached bathroom to master. Place was clean, had everything we needed and we had a great time

I’ve stayed in short term rentals all over the world and this was one of the best. If you have children, this place is a no brainer. They had everything needed to help our 2 year olds adjust seamlessly. The amenities were awesome and the house was clean and well designed. We hope to stay again soon!

Fabulous stay!

My family along with my sister and her family stayed at the Modern A Frame in Lake Geneva and loved our getaway. The house was in a perfect location! We were so close to the lake, restaurants, and boat rental. The resort had a beautiful pool and clubhouse with a great restaurant. The house was meticulous and perfect for a family. There were toys, enough towels, and great small touches like cell phone chargers, and water filter. We will for sure be back!

Great location

There were six of us including a 5 and 3 year old. Lots of toys and games for them. We utilized the hot tub. This house has been totally re-done and updated. Loved the close location to the indoor pool and restaurant and we also used the beach. Lake Geneva is a special place to relax or be busy if desired.

The perfect winter getaway

We had a fabulous time here. The house is gorgeous and has everything a family could need while away from home. It's the perfect location to be able to take day trips to sled, skate, and ski. Then come back home and enjoy a roaring fire and the hot tub or even venture out to the club amenities with the indoor pool/hot tub, game room, gym, and restaurant. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back. Anyone looking for a quick and fabulous getaway- this is it.

Great Gathering Space

Property is like listed. Cabin/Home was clean and had a good feel upon arrival. We had everything we needed for a great weekend get together. The space has a nice long table to seat many, as well as, a place to hang out and play cards and games. Ample seating in living room for a larger group to sit and gather, and a nice big island in the kitchen for cooking and gathering. Great wrap around deck for outside seating as a group. The Property Host was available if needed and there was great communication before and during our stay with very quick response time. Overall, great stay at this property.

Easter weekend

Nice property, clean. A few small cosmetic things could be done (missing a vent cover in a bathroom) there was an issue with the dump pump but the owner was very responsive and took care of it right away. I would say that the couch mattress is a bit uncomfortable if you are planning on using that as a bed, we anticipated that and brought an extra mattress pad which made it okay. Would stay again. Hot tub was nice, club house was close and the pool and hot tub inside were great as well. The long table and kitchen were the best part. Our family plays lots of games and the 7 of us fit great. It was a big selling point for us in choosing this location.

Spring Lake Geneva trip

This property was great!! Our group really enjoyed the large, sunny living room/dining room area and our kids adored the giant bean bag chair! The kitchen was very well equipped. It was lovely having kid-friendly dishware! About half our group likes to stay up, and half likes to sleep in, so having the bedrooms separated from the main area by a hall was nice. We had a family of deer visit both days and peek in the windows! The hot tub was great- easy to use, and the pool at the clubhouse was also fun! We didn't get to spend much time outdoors due to the snow storm/mud. Our only concerns were that the driveway was very narrow and difficult to navigate in the snow. Overall a great time and a lovely place to stay!

A nice getaway

Our stay was very nice. The owner was quick to respond to any small issues and always pleasant. It’s was unfortunate that the hot tub took over 48 hours to get to the proper temperature because the hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked this property. One of the bedroom doors doesn’t close and the beds were just ok. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is very cozy. We were looking forward to using the clubhouse facilities, but the restaurant was closed most of the time we were there. The pool was nice, but the chlorine was so overpowering that we had to leave after 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our long weekend. I simply think staying in the spring/summer might be a bit more enjoyable.
