La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmottes" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This is a new residence delivered in fall 2024.
This 50m living space, 35m² according to Carrez law apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.
An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a balcony of 8m2 north faced.
The living room offers a lounge-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the corner of the living room, you can access an attic sleeping area with a 90x200 cm bed.
One bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 cm bunk bed, sleeping four.
On the mezzanine, a second bedroom also has a 160 cm bed.
A shower room and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
