La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmotte" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.

Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!

This is a new residence is delivered to fall 2024.

This 52m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.

An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.

The apartment is composed of a living room opening onto a furnished balcony of 15m2 facing south with a jacuzzi.
The living room offers a living room with sofa bed - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed and a TV.
A second bedroom has also a 160 cm bed.
Finally, the third bedroom offers a 140cm sofa bed.
A shower room with a washer dryer and a separate toilet complete this apartment.


The end-of-stay cleaning service is included as well as the rental of bed linen and bathroom linen.
