La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmottes" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.

Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!

This is a new residence delivered by january 2025.

This 72m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.

an indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.

The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a balcony of 12m2, South exposition.
