Charming, comfortable studio apartment on the 2nd floor with a south-facing balcony. It features a separate kitchen, a living room, an alcove, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Electric shutters. South-facing balcony. Ski locker on the ground floor.

Located in the Champ-Pérouze-A residence, a 4-story building with 24 apartments and an elevator. Situated in the heart of the resort, above the shopping arcade, and 100 meters from the main slopes.
Apartment #121 on the resort map. NO PETS ALLOWED.

- LIVING ROOM: 1 double sofa bed (140cm), flat-screen TV
