Room is clean and very new, staff is very nice with fluent English and very helpful, breakfast has a good variety and even with traditional Colombian chicken potato soup, airport shuttle is fast and staff gives clear instructions. Definitely will come back next time I come Bogota!

The place was great in general , two things i really have to say are : early in the morning the cleaning and maintenance staff make so much noise talking loud and using the walky talky radios.
