Cabanon Provençal au Milieu des Oliviers à Fontvieille

Hello,

We rent out our 40-square-meter cottage in Fontvieille for holidays, business trips, or anyone seeking peace and quiet.
This is our second home.

It consists of a main room (kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, Italian coffee maker, table, chairs, storage cabinet, sofa bed) and a bedroom separated from the main room by a curtain.
The bedroom has a TV and DVD player, as well as books and children’s toys.

The bathroom: sink, shower, toilet.

The sofa can be converted into an extra bed.

We make up the bed(s) so you can settle in right away upon arrival and provide towels, washcloths, and tea towels free of charge.

I’d like to point out that while the accommodation is comfortable, this is a completely energy-self-sufficient cottage, which means we don’t have air conditioning or Wi-Fi; the cottage is heated by a wood-burning fireplace and a kerosene heater (wood and kerosene are provided).
We advise against using energy-intensive household appliances such as vacuum cleaners or irons, as electricity is supplied by solar panels.

Similarly, our water supply comes from a well. The water tank has a capacity of 280 litres. When it’s empty, you’ll need to turn on the pump (I’ll explain all of this to you when you arrive).

This accommodation is ideal for nature lovers and hikers.

This idyllic cottage has already charmed many families who have had a wonderful time here.
The highlight of this mazet is its exceptional location surrounded by olive trees, in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park, situated along the “Vallon des Raymonds” hiking trail.
If you cut across the hill, you’ll reach the Sourdan Mill in an 8-minute walk and the Daudet Mill in 10 minutes.
At the bottom of the path, you’ll find shops, including an INTERMARCHÉ Contact, and the town centre of Fontvieille.

As an option, we can provide you with our Fiat Panda (rental agreement and insurance included) upon your arrival at the Arles train station or nearby.
