"We had a wonderful time. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with an amazing view! The staff was very helpful. From the porters, to reception to the restaurant staff. The hotel is well situated which added to the enjoyment of the city. Thank you and we hope we will be back some day. "

"Overall the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good. I did notice some stains on the rug in the room and that bothered me a little. Personally, I think the carpet under the bed which is there for purely aesthetic reasons needs to be kept immaculately clean or not used at all. The safe in the room has an outlet built into it. I guess for some guests it is a way of charging devices while they are being protected. However, I had medication that had to be kept at room temperature and I put in the safe (habit) and I later discovered that the safe produces heat as a result of that outlet. Luckily I discovered this before my medication reached a temperature that would have spoiled it and I began to store it outside of the safe. But it’s just something to be mindful of if you have temperature sensitive items. I never informed the hotel. So it’s really not an issue they were aware of or could address. Overall it’s a great hotel in a great location. With an excellent breakfast. "

"Belting breakfast choice"

"We had the great pleasure of staying at Royal Tulip Warsaw and can confidently say it was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Katarzyna at reception, whose kindness and professionalism made us feel truly appreciated. The room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully designed in a modern style. The well-equipped kitchenette, complete with kitchenware and a fridge with a freezer, was a great and practical addition. The bathroom was top-class, with fragrant towels, high-quality cosmetics, and a fantastic shower featuring both a handheld option and a rain shower. The view from the 16th floor was stunning, especially in the evening when Warsaw lights up. We also loved the comfortable armchair and the very cozy bed with a high-quality mattress. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. A wonderful, smiling chef prepared fresh eggs Benedict especially for us both the guacamole and salmon versions were outstanding. The underground parking is a big advantage in such a busy city, and the hotel is very easy to find using sat nav. The only minor downside was the parking exit – the QR code system could work a bit longer, as a few cars (including us) got stuck at the barrier. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would gladly return!"

"Breakfast was really good, totally worth it. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water. But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared that with hotel staff they recommended I have Expedia send a request to the hotel and they would approve it. They said we approve this all the time. When the request was sent from Expedia hotel reservations desk rejected it. It made me feel somehow treated differently than other previous cases. Staff at front desk were stunned and in disbelief. Oh Well!!!"

"Overall great employees at front desk, concierge, bellboy desk and room cleaning. Fantastic buffet breakfast and Lounge at 26 floor that could use some improvements for breakfast time (some croissants perhaps?). Great location and a bakery at the lobby with amazing desserts."

"The Holiday Inn in Warsaw is my favorite place to stay. The rooms are pleasant and the beds comfortable. Every amenity is provided and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. Highly recommend breakfast too! "
