What a great place for our one night stay in Forbes. We were able to park the car and walk around town enjoying the beautiful town itself. Our accommodation was so very enjoyable. Super clean with everything we needed and especially a wonderfully comfortable bed. Nice room with a verandah. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and definitely stay again.

Excellent location and spacious units
We really enjoyed our stay in Forbes and in particular our unit. The shower was a little weak and there were no insect screens on the balcony doors, so we had to run the A/C overnight.

Would stay again. Large room, comfy bed and great shower head. Only one drawback was the bathroom didn’t have a working fan so floor got slippery

Great location
A nice 2 night stay, for Elvis Festival. Room was clean and comfy. We found Domino's and a Chinese take away, couple of minutes walk. There was a club directly across the road. Parking was on site,and easy. I would recommend this hotel,and would definitely stay again.

Quick, easy check-in process. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available despite property being booked out. Only downfall was bathroom - towel rack and hooks very high (although there were plenty of hooks to hang used towels on) and water pressure wasn’t great. Would stay again.

This little motel has it all! It’s comfortable and warm and in a great position. The extra things blew our mind - like being able to do our laundry for free in the motel machines and our RV having Prime and Netflix. We were going to see The Dish at Parkes the following day, so we showed the kids the movie. It was a great place to stay!

It’s a roof and sort of a bed.
The bed was really uncomfortable. The heater/ac didn’t work properly. There were no powerpoints near the bed The pillows were really cheap and thin. I ended up using my bag as a pillow. The reception was really grubby and unprofessional.

It's a shame you don't put your name to this review. It's a shame that you can not come and ask for some new pillows or to be shown where the power points are beside the bed (which they are) or ask for help using the heating system and just for your knowledge all beds are brand new in the last 3 months but i guess we are to unprofessional
