Hidden gem

We loved our stay. The place and the hosts are very nice and discreet. Clean, amazing breakfast with quality local products. Large parking place in the shadow, very appréciable in summer time. Thank you! We will come back.

Très bon séjour à Conseiller.

L’expérience fut excellente, et je la conseille. Aucun point négatif. Juste un point à améliorer si possible : pouvoir obtenir un Room-service de huit heures à 21h, Genre salades, planches charcuterie et/ou fromages. Actuellement, l’hôtel propose des planches que le soir jusque 19h30. Et deuxième point à améliorer : installer des transats sur les parties « gazon » autour de la piscine pour les personnes qui ont des chiens. nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Hotel parfait, chaque chambre a sa petite terrasse. La notre donnait sur un champ de lavande et de coquelicots, avec une superbe vue sur les alpes. Le personnel est attentionné et parfait lui aussi. Si le grand bassin n'est pas chauffé, ce qui permet de nager avec de l'eau pas trop chaude, le petit bassin est chauffé, par une chaudière à bois, qui chauffe aussi l'ensemble de l'hotel, avec du bois des colonnes environnantes. Belle marque écologique ! En plus, le parking a une borne recharge pour voiture électrique avec prise green'up et type 3, incluse dans le tarif. Je reviendrai !

We loved it!

We were ridding through Provence on a tandem and stayed here at the Charembeau for a couple of nights. This place is great. The staff are so friendly (especially bicycle friendly) and are easy to speak in english to. The location is out of town so its very peaceful. And the breakfast they serve is so amazing. We loved it here.

El hotel es un encanto

El hotel es muy bonito, parece mas una casa rural, está rodeado de bosque y naturaleza, se escuchan solo los cantos de los pájaros durante el día y las ranas por la noche-muy idílico. Los dueños son muy amables, nos recibieron a las 22:30h de la noche, aunque la recepción estaba cerrada desde las 20h. Un ambiente perfecto para desconectar y pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Lo recomiendo a todos!

Hotel Charembeau - what a lovely country retreat

The hotel was in a perfect location just outside of the interesting town of Forcalquier. It was in a pretty country setting and had all the amenities you could want - swimming pool, boules terrace, bicycles for hire, picnic settings dotted around the spacious grounds, delicious breakfast, helpful and gracious hosts etc. We were sad to leave.

Charembeau, charmates Gehöft mit romatischer Atmosphäre

Das Hotel steht auf einem kleinen Hügel umgeben von Kornfeldern. Als wir diesen Mai dort ankamen blühte der Mohn und es war umgeben in einem Meer von roten Blühten. Aber nicht nur allein die Umgebung macht es zu einer echten Empfehlung. Das Hotel wird von einer Familie betrieben und scheint ein altes Bauern Gehöft mit Anbauten zu sein. Die Zimmer sind verwinkelt verteilt und klassisch schön mit einem hauch von Spa eingerichtet. Für uns war es genau das was wir von Frankreich erwartet haben und wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen!
