"The rooms themselves were great and the breakfast was delicious. However, there is a shared kitchen which is available to prepare any other meals…it is not in good condition at all and needs some serious TLC if the space is to be offered for guest use. For example the oven is FILTHY, the sink is perpetually full of used, dirty dishes and cutlery/crockery/glasses/cookware all need to be upgraded/replaced. I think the shared space is a great idea, but it has to be drastically improved to reflect...

"It was a very beautiful setting. The room was very small and the pictures on the booking were a little different. Gettijg into the estate was a bit of a mission. I was suppose to recieve a code prior to atrivijg which was never sent. Once i had my cide, it still did not work. This meant i had to use another gate at the back of the estate which was highly inconvenient "

"What an INCREDIBLE place!!!! I can highly recommend Hartford House from the beautiful rooms, on point service and the gorgeous landscaping! We spent 3 nights here celebrating our 5 year anniversary and had blissful weekend! They have a very talented chef and we did their 6 course tasting menu two nights, one with wine pairing and they have a very knowledgeable Sommelier- Kathryn! Then third night did the 4 course tasting menu. The food is SO DELICIOUS!! I can’t more recommend this...

"Excellent unit with all amenities. A true home away from home and more. Staff are super attentive and ever obliging to assist to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as can be. Self catering units so you can prepare your own or they have an onsite restaurant/room service menu for the lazy days. Breakfast was superb with great options and well presented. The pleasure of having a “to go” option for early starts was really a blessing. The ambience and decor of the establishment was well thought of and blends in with the surrounding environment yet modern and attractive. Units are super clean and spacious. Location is perfect between Michaelhouse school and Nottingham road so makes travelling to either section a breeze. Once again a big thank you to the staff who made our stay so comfortable. We will most definitely be booking there again for our next visit to the area. Well done to all at the resort. "
