"I love this hotel line. This was our second time staying, although in a different city. The manager was doing check ins and although we had a slight mishap with a key, she went well above and beyond to help us out when we didn’t even ask. She exuded the customer service we have come to know at a Club Quarters. I look for these hotels exclusively in every destination we travel.
The location is also great. Literally next to a metro station and 5 min walk from the White House. You cannot beat the proximity to all the spots. I’m always a big fan of the complimentary coffee and water as well. "
"Room was super clean and staff were very friendly, breakfast was delivered in 10 minutes
Fantastic place to stay overall with a beautiful rooftop bar"
"This is a beautiful hotel that is about 108 years old. The foyer and public areas are just gorgeous, and I love especially the arched doors. Even the dining room was incredible - such high ceilings! Staff was very good."
"Beautiful, clean, up-to-date hotel in heart of DC, walkable to the Mall. All hotel restaurants were closed during our stay, so we had to find breakfast elsewhere, but they should reopen in mid-January 2026. One note on parking: we self-parked in the hotel garage, but used SpotHero to make the reservation, guaranteeing us a space, at half the price, with in/out privileges (which the hotel doesn't offer if you park with them).
