Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. We didn’t do the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Was close to Wendy’s and a short drive to McDonald’s and Waffle House. Area was not walkable. I would stay here again.

It's a regular place for me to stay when I visit western NC. I have family there and I do some business there a few times per year. Nice upgrades and the staff is pretty accommodating. It would be nice if they would advertise the security deposit. It's a surprise when you show up at check-in.

The room was clean. The check in and front desk person was very nice. The room TV was not working. The breakfast was not prepared. There were no napkins and trash was overflowing (at 745 am). There was no waffle syrup and the dining room was a mess with chairs scattered all over the room.

First thing we saw when we went to our room was a cockroach by the side of our bedsheet. We found bugs an roaches during our stay. There’s cobwebs behind the night stand. We have to buy and spray Lysol the entire room.

Welp idk how this motel has so many great reviews. It was literally hotel h*ll. The filthiest, noisiest hole I have ever visited. If you are looking to contract a disease, possibly be human trafficked or maybe gain new bed bug friends, then this is your place.
