NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is quiet and safe with lots of established trees. It's adjacent to a cool historic attraction: Poplar Forest, Thomas Jefferson's summer home. While there aren't sidewalks in the neighborhood, there are lots of great paved scenic walking trails around Poplar Forest!

CHECK IN: Guests check in at their own convenience between 4pm - 10pm with a personalized code.

HOUSE RULES:

1. No parties, events, or gatherings. We reserve the home for confirmed overnight guests only.

2. No outside noise after 10pm in compliance with county ordinances.

3. While we love fur babies, we do not allow pets in this home. Thank you for understanding!

4. You must be over age 25 to rent this home.

5. No drugs, vaping, or smoking is allowed in the home. If you smoke, you must be at least 25 feet of the home.
