"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

"Our stay at LUX Belle Mare in Mauritius was absolutely incredible and exceeded all our expectations. We visited to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and the resort made these special occasions truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Jennifer, the Celebrations Manager, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Her warmth, attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel incredibly special, and she went above and beyond to ensure our celebrations were memorable. We enjoyed a fantastic range of experiences, including water activities, a cooking class and cocktail making, as well as beautiful surprises and special treats for our celebrations. Our meal at the Indian restaurant was outstanding, and the food throughout the resort was consistently incredible. We would also like to thank Monisha, who gave us such a warm welcome on arrival, and Babita, who ensured our room was spotless every day. Their care and kindness were truly appreciated. Every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. The hospitality was exceptional, creating a genuine feeling of warmth throughout the resort. The resort itself is simply spectacular. The beautiful beach, stunning pool, lush surroundings and relaxed atmosphere created the perfect setting for both romance and relaxation. We sat at the check in area the whole day and my room was not ready at 14h00. The communication was not so clear and if i have known it will take over the check in time i could have gone for a scrub at the spa that time. My 1 colleague had a room 2 hours before me and i sat there till 14h30 without knowing it will take that long. Tired and over it by then."
