"Classic property with lots of history. Loved the outdoor terrace overlooking the Parliament buildings. We stopped by for an evening tea and when done, we asked for the bill. The server said with a smile, “there’ll be no bill “ - a very classy gesture we’ll remember for a long time. A small concern The walls on the third floor are thin so we could hear entire conversations from the room next door (we were in 365). They happened to talk a lot - late and early - so it affected our sleep and enjoyment of our stay."

"found that to much garbage was left on the lot all week and no one cleaned up. it seemed the breakfast was lacking fruit--toaster needs to be replaced, and all the equipment meeds to be up dated."

"Staff were friendly and responsive. The outdoor area with hot pools and fire pit was very nice. We also really appreciated the bicycle storage as we travelled with our bikes. While our room was clean and had everything we expected it was a bit worn and needed to be updated. Eg. Peeling melamine behind faucet. Towels were very thin and worn. These are minor complaints. Overall we were very happy with our stay"

"Everything was excellent!!!! The best food, cleanliness, bath, bed, pillows and mattress were super quality! The front clerk was so pleasant and helped us so kindly as if we were the only customers that night and he was busy. The only downfall was the construction zone, which was no fault of Holiday Inn, the city blocked the entrance and we had to travel on the very busy unfamiliar highway."

"Les lits étaient très confortables et mon épouse et moi avons passé une très bonne nuit. Par contre à notre âge (84 et 89) il n’est pas toujours facile d’embarquer dans un bain et sutout d’y débarquer. Un douche est préférable. L’escalier aussi pour aller au 2 ème n’a pas été facile. Le déjeuner est très rudimentaire. Nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour."
