New owners very nice and friendly but the place at the moment does not answer to the standards, so consequently we paid too much!"

"Donc j’ai réservé avec ma carte bancaire a été prélevée. Arrivée à l’hôtel à 23h. J’ai dû mettre le numéro de réservation dans une machine pour pouvoir récupérer mon code d’accès à la chambre. Malheureusement j’ai dû repayer le prix d’une chambre car cela ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai dû appeler à l’interphone, j’ai attendu 15 minutes. Personne ne m’a répondu. Mon compte a été débité de deux fois le prix de la chambre, je suis en réclamation pour être remboursée par l’hôtel."
