"This hotel is incredible- lovely, huge room, caring staff, excellent location! Patrizia is the best hostess, always there to help make your stay comfortable. I loved walking the streets of Forio and all the restaurants close by, then coming home to the Palazzo and looking out the window to the beautiful view!!"

"There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours.
Room was clean, but very basic. Not soundproof as listed - could hear TVs from other rooms, and all coming and going (but it was not a problem).

"We knew we loved this place in ischia from the moment we got there. Views, the people how helpful they are. Carlo was the best with his coworkers man I loved that guy! Such a nice person trying to get you to the best places around the island. We needed a scooter he called his friend to bring it we didnât even have to go down to the town to get it. So convenient for us I would def come back to his place one day for sure "

"Really nice place, clean and quiet. Natalina and her daughter were super helpful in terms of getting around the island. Did a lot of walking, the natural hot springs were maybe a 15 minute walk and the next town a little further but the island is gorgeous! "

"Maria at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel very welcome, like family, even though we spoke mainly English. The property was located in such a great area of youâre looking for a quiet place to retreat after a day downtown (itâs is still walkable)

"Absolutely fantastic apartment and Francesco was amazing. The nicest, most helpful man. He even carried our very heavy suitcase to the apartment. I definitely recommend this place.
The apartment has everything you need for a stay and is very well situated in Naples.
Few tips; there are stairs to the apartment. This isnât for you if you have mobility issues. And car parking in Naples is horrendous. We parked at the port which is âŹ35 for 24 hours. We paid âŹ30 overnight. This is quite cheap and close to the apartment."

"Americo and his family were very nice and attentive, he gave us a lift to Negombo thermal park, made some calls to a local boat rental company and offered to take me and my family to the port at the end of our stayed. Just keep in mind that the hotel is 30 min walking from forio port "

"This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly!"
