"Hands down one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed. Air conditioned was great just like USA. Great spa and pools absolutely beautiful views I will highly recommend and the beach water was amazing, Breakfast was great love Love love and we will only stay here in Ischia and hopefully going back next year"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel . The staff were very welcoming Michelle , Guiseppe and Ahmed and tried to help with every need . So much so I’m hoping to return next year . I did find the WiFi unpredictable especially in my bedroom where I was trying to watch some prime video and was frustrating . The pool is just lovely and the spa . Roberta gave me a lovely massage and tried to help with my leg and feet issues . The spa area is beautiful and gardens surrounding it . Shuttle service very useful too . Thankyou"

"This small boutique hotel is an absolute gem! The views are simply amazing, and the staff was spectacular—friendly, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations. Breakfast was wonderful every morning, with plenty of choices and quality that honestly puts many large hotels, including Hilton, to shame. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and they even provided laundry service, which was a great convenience. The location couldn’t be better—the town is literally just steps from the front door. The hotel has that wonderful old-school European charm that is becoming harder and harder to find. If you’re looking for a rare, unique micro-hotel experience rather than a big corporate property, you really can’t go wrong here. Definitely get a room with a balcony if you can. Better yet, head up to the rooftop bar, open a bottle of wine, sit back, and take in the incredible views. Charming, personal, authentic, and unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and although the hotel itself was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing, we would not recommend it for a honeymoon or anniversary trip. Choose somewhere else where they will make an effort to make your stay feel a little more special. The breakfast selection was quite mediocre, and we ended up skipping breakfast during the last two days of our stay. However, the breakfast staff were very kind and polite, so the service was good. It's a good hotel for families, as it's close to the beach and has several pools. The bar staff were also very nice, helpful, and polite. We opted not to have dinner at the hotel because we tried the lunch twice and were quite disappointed. The menu selection was very limited, and the staff were, unfortunately, not very friendly. Our room also had an issue with the air conditioning, which was incredibly noisy. We notified the reception staff, but the problem was never addressed. In the end, we had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. On top of that, our room was filled with ants and tiny spiders. My husband forgot his shirt at the hotel and was told by the reception staff that there was no lost-and-found service. Fortunately, the very kind and helpful beach staff assisted us, and the shirt was indeed located in the lost and found. The beach staff were excellent throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time in Ischia, but we wish we had chosen a better hotel for our stay."

"My child and I stayed here for a weekend trip. We found the hotel charming; the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good and the swimming pools are fantastic. Although we had a nice visit and all went well, I had to be overly mindful of my child as the majority of the guests are in the geriatric class. Just something to keep in mind if you have small children."
