"We are a younger couple and absolutely loved it. Great selection of thermal baths and areas to relax. Beach is 5 min walk, lots of quality sea food restaurants walking distance. Would definitely go again."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean it would have been even better if there was a kettle in the room! The pools were excellent loved the different thermal pools on site, and the jacuzzi at the of the outdoor pool was so relaxing, would definitely come back again!"

Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. The shower leaked and the coffee and breakfast were not very appetizing."

When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service. "
