Appartamento funzionale in posizione strategica

Appartamento su due livelli, molto comodo e spazioso, in posizione strategica vicino al porto. Dotato do ogni confort, segnalo anche che il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibile a risolvere prontamente un piccolo problema. Forse non è un appartamento così fascinoso come potrebbe apparire (la terrazza è carina, ma non panoramica), ma è molto funzionale e questo alla fine è quello che conta. Sicuramente io e la mia famiglia ci torneremmo con piacere!

Apartamento muy mono al lado del puerto. Las fotos reflejan muy bien cómo es. Muy completo en cuanto a menaje y utensilios de cocina. Limpio. La terraza de arriba está muy bien para estar por la tarde y cenar al aire libre. Lo recomiendo!

La casa è molto bella, pulita ed è dotata di diversi accorgimenti utili. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile sia prima dell'arrivo che durante il soggiorno. La posizione della casa è comodissima, c'è un market proprio di fronte all'abitazione ed un moto-rent accanto. Davvero consigliato.

Siamo stati nel mese di agosto con i nostri 4 figli. La casa è perfetta! Forse meglio di come ci aspettassimo. Le stanze sono grandi ben arredate e perfettamente arieggiate. Si trova a pochi passi da 2 fornitissimi supermercati e da tutti i bar e negozi della cittadina. La persona che la gestisce e molto gentile e disponibile e super affidabile. Nessuna sorpresa e tutto è stato organizzato benissimo. Formentera è un paradiso che vissuto in questa casa diventa ancora più bello!

Magnífica casa, estancia agradable y todas las facilidades

Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable, la casa es espaciosa y cómoda. Tiene un supermercado enfrente, se puede ir andando al puerto y la terraza es fantástica. Cuando llegamos estaba todo muy limpio y la casa es super espaciosa. El único inconveniente es el ruido del tráfico por la noche pero por el resto la casa fantástica y el dueño muy amable.

Appartamento per 6 persone a La Savina

L'appartamento è a Formentera nella zona La Savina, non lontano dal porto, si trova al primo piano di un condominio molto tranquillo. E' arredato bene, la cucina è dotata di tutte le attrezzature per cucinare, per la colazione c'è anche una macchina del caffè nespresso. Noi eravamo in due famiglie, una coppia e una famiglia con 2 adulti e 2 ragazze. I bagni si trovano tutti a piano terra dell'appartamento, unico neo per chi dorme al piano superiore, dove si trova una camera matrimoniale con grande terrazza. Nelle vicinanze si trova tutto quanto, supermercati, gastronomia, ristoranti, bar, noleggio scooter.

FANTASTICO !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 30/05 al 06/06 - 2017 eravamo in 6 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica (perfetta per chi desidera rilassarsi fuori dal casino di Es pujols) zona La Savina, raggiungibile a piedi dal porto (600mt). Si trova al 1 piano di un piccolo complesso di nuova costruzione, possiede 2 camere + 2 bagni + sala + cucina a vista + balconcino al piano inferiore ed al piano superiore na bellissima mansarda con 1 letto matrimoniale + 2 divani letto + terrazzo spettacolare !! Casa pulitissima e ben arredata con tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, bicchieri, posate, piatti, pentole, asciugamani, lenzuola etc.) LA CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!
