Very nice hotel, best location

Friendly and great value. In a quiet location but onky 5 minutes walk to main area of Es Pujols. In best location to walk north along coastal path to best beaches on the island.

The location was perfect for a peaceful few days in sun. The accommodation is clean and simple. The balcony is a bonus, as it offers a fantastic view of the local beach. The sound of the waves on the rocks was very relaxing. You can also see the stars at night, as there is very little light pollution. The staff are friendly, especially Carlo was helping in answering questions. I definitely plan to return in the future.

Ok hotel. The room was cleaned every day (but not the balcony). Breakfast was fairly good. The location is excellent with only a few minutes to walk into Es Pujols, and it's a great starting point for a walk to the northern tip of the island. My only small complaint is the lack of proper drinking glasses in the room. The paper cups they provide dissolve within a few minutes, and they aren't even replaced during the stay. I ended up buying a mug.

Gorgeous location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches. I loved that the room had a private patio with a complimentary drying rack for beach clothes. The shower was very small, but manageable. Housekeeping did enter my room without knocking twice on my first morning (not checkout day). No “do not disturb” sign was provided, but there was a button just below the door knob that I think served this purpose.

I loved everything ! Since its location next to a beach, to the clean and comfy rooms, they clean your room everyday. The staff is lovely, very friendly and will go above and beyond to look after you. :) Walkable distance to the restaurants and supermarkets, but is in a quiet area :) The breakfast was delicious, with multiple options ! I will come back for sure :) Thank you

In a quiet pocket of Es Pujols but an easy walk into the action. Loced that it was waterfeont and could hear the waves so serene. Also has beach access in a nice little cove with warm calm water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very clean.

I can't believe this Hotel is only one Star ?? Fantastic hotel, situation,breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible. Staff brilliant, Restaurant first class. If you ever find yourself staying at "Roca Bella" I promise you will not be disappointed. I shall certainly return..many thanks.

I booked a single room but was lucky to be given a triple room . It had everything I needed and the most stunning sunset views from the balcony ! The breakfast had a wide variety of continental breakfast choices plus bacon fried egg, scrambled egg and boiled eggs. Lots of fruit and the coffee was great ! Staff at reception were helpful and room cleaned daily to a high standard . Hope to be back !

Nice location, quite (because in October I guess), polite personal. However by breakfast buffet we felt personally threatened because there were everywhere panels in spanish (obviously saying don't take food out?), so we didn't know, if and what we can eat... El mejor lugar para quedarte en Formentera ya que tienes una playa muy bonita atrás de el hotel y un paseo marítimo lleno de restaurantes los cuales puedes ir caminando.

Die Lage war perfekt. Zu Fuß waren die schönsten Strände erreichbar. Vor Ort gab es Sonnenschirme zum Ausleihen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Leider war der Balkon unbenutzbar. Dort waren Tausende von Fliegen, sodass man nicht einmal die Balkontür öffnen konnte. Das Personal konnte uns nicht helfen und ein anderes Zimmer schlossen sie aus, da da dasselbe Problem sei. Auf der anderen Balkonfront saßen allerdings einige Gäste auf ihren Balkonen. Der Duschkopf hatte leider keinen Druck und es kam nur wenig Wasser raus. Nach dem Putzen des Zimmers fehlten leider häufig die Handtücher.

Habitación contigua ruidosa. A pesar de no estar lleno, no me ofrecieron otra habitación, por otra parte el trato al turista extranjero es superior al local. No por parte de todos lis empleados. En concreto el encargado del restaurante de fuera.

Empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Kleiner Pool, aber da der Strand direkt nebenan war, war das kein Problem. Leider kosten die Liegen am Strand allerdings 10€. Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, sondern nur eine Balkontür. Das war anfangs etwas komisch. Der Balkon war toll und man hatte direkten Blick zum Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man saß auf der Frühstücksterasse mit Meerblick.

Wir waren nun zum dritten mal im Hotel Roca Bella. Die Zimmer sind schön, mit großen Balkons, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist einmalig. Super nettes Personal und ein klasse Frühstück. Gerne bald wieder.
