Tianjin Hotel Guide - Former Residence of Zhang Zuoxiang hotels in Tianjin, China.

"The central air conditioning performed poorly and failed to keep the room comfortable. ( end up we have to change to another room from east wing to west wing) We were also frustrated by the hotel’s misleading breakfast pricing. Reception promote a tax exclusive price, but this is not clearly highlighted at counter. it is not a lot but I prefer staff to disclosure the full price when I check in. Guests are drawn in by the exclude tax rate, only to discover the tax is added later when signing the bill. Overall, the lack of transparency is disappointing. by the way, watch out some guests do smoke in the hotel either in their room or waiting area by the lift.( I have to report them to hotel service team) at this green smoke free hotel. if you do find it report it. make the hotel smoke free."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week with our child and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, the location was unbeatable, and the amenities were excellent. The kids’ activity room was especially great and kept our child entertained throughout the stay. The free laundry service was also extremely helpful for travelers staying for an extended period. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Mr. Cui helped clean our floor almost every day during our stay. He always made sure we had all the supplies we needed—especially for our little one—and cleaned our room thoroughly. We would definitely stay here again."

Speically big thanks to breakfast buffet manager Mr.Pu and his assistant Ms.Zhang, who welcomed my family every single morning, assisted us for the food and beverage. We feel heart filled, respected and supported during our stay. I sincerely appreciate all their support, care and respect!"

"I have 3kids (8yrs, 7 yrs and 2.5yrs) , traveling is not easy . St. Regis made everything so seamless and comfortable. The morning buffet is crowded since this is Chinese lunar new year. J Chen from the Promenade restaurant always arranged everything properly for us. From seating to take the food, the experience was excellent . My family really want to say thank you for the whole team as we feel l we stay there just like we stay at home."
