"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. "The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
