"Great location easy check in. Rooms anre a little dated but Every thing you need is there Only thing that we noticed was the overpowering air freshener which was in communal area as well as in the room but noticed the walk in wardrobe had damp on the ceiling so I’m guessing it was to maybe mask the smell "

"O espaço não corresponde a nenhuma das fotos aqui apresentadas; o edifício ficava 3 casas acima daquela que era suposto ser; nenhuma foto corresponde à do quarto que recebemos; muito barulhento, não há isolamento de som nos corredores, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos quartos ao lado, as empregadas de limpeza para limparem quartos livres de manhã incomodam imenso com o barulho, as toalhas não foram mudadas diariamente nem reposto papel higiénico, chuveiro e paredes sujas. "Exquisite! Casa Bombo is the perfect perch from which to explore the Albaicín. The views are breathtaking, and the staff generously offer suggestions to travellers eager to experience the best of the neighborhood. The hotel has great amenities (good shower, good pillows, yummy breakfast). And the vibe is relaxing and chill. Loved it! Can't wait to go back."

10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly and helpful staff both at the front desk and restaurant. Dinner was excellent, seating was very inviting in both indoor and outdoor areas. The location of the hotel was great across from the Alhambra Palace in a quiet area of the city."
"Very nice hotel that is central to everything such as The Alhambra, restaurants, shopping, anything and everything you might need. The staff were extremely helpful in providing useful tips. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"
"First of all, the front desk staff is really quite outstanding. The hotel is located in a really ideal spot. The breakfast was good.
The rooms are quite small and don't provide much room for much luggage, but the beds are comfortable enough and there were plenty of pillows and towels provided,
Our only real complaint is GETTING there! We drove, and it is extremely challenging to get to Hotel Anacapri, then there is no parking once you get there. You cannot really use your GPS because it does not seem to understand how to get there due to roads that are closed from time to time or only open to pedestrians. The hotel knows this, so they will send you their own directions. The problem with those directions is that they are really equally unhelpful. For example, they are written as though you are coming from one particular direction, but we were coming from the opposite direction so their instructions were useless for us. They are also written as though you can easily see street names, which are often hidden or non-existent from the road in Granada. In the end, we put a pin in the location and used trial and error to navigate around pedestrian and one-way roads until we finally stumbled upon the hotel. It was VERY frustrating.
Parking is a few blocks away -- but the front desk staff will help you find it and send you there after you have unloaded your car and put your bags in your room. They know you don't want to walk down the street with your bags."
"We stayed in a spacious family room for 9 nights. It was nice to have space for 4 people. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The maids do an excellent job.
The hotel has a traditional Spanish feel to it which we liked. Lots of statues and a grand staircase next to reception. It’s light and spacious with lots of places to sit and watch the world go by.
Breakfast was perfect. Lots of free tables and it was never crowded. Lots of options for cold and warm food. Everything replenished in good time so you don’t have to wait for anything. Several juices and coffee are offered as well as various types of milk inc lactose free and milkshakes. You can eat inside the restaurant or outside on a small terrace which was nice.
A nice pool that is big enough to cool down in. Sun beds and recliner deck chairs around the pool. There are meals available for lunch at the poolside. Food and drink was fairly priced.
The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. They work hard but always have time to be pleasant to the guests.
The location is excellent. A shop and bar within a few hundred metres and the edge of Centro only a pleasant 10 minute walk. The city is buzzing both in the day and of an evening. The Alhambra is a 15-20 minute walk. Allow yourself a bit of extra time as it’s an uphill walk. If walking isn’t your thing, taxis are fairly priced and there is a small bus up to the Alhambra which is well worth a visit.
Overall it was a fantastic experience."
