"The staff we interacted with were great and the room was really clean. Unfortunately, that is all the positives we can really find. Our room was right on a walkway & by the parking area so you can hear anyone walking by or in the parking lot. The walls are so thin we could hear our neighbors using their microwave, talking and using the bathroom. There is no fan in the bathroom so showering was interesting because you could open the window for some ventilation but the blinds didn’t close all the way. This had us getting dressed outside of the bathroom which created another challenge. While the water view is nice we were in a ground floor room so we had people walking by our room on the beach/rock area just on the other side of our deck. We had to keep the curtains/blinds closed so we weren’t seen by the people walking by. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again."

"Host was very helpful with my specific questions prior to booking. The house is spacious and the kitchen has anything you need for cooking your own food. It is in a great central island location. The beds are very comfortable and there is an abundance of linen and towels. The only challenge was eating together at the long table since there isn’t much space for it in the current location. We would have liked a small table in the front room for eating and playing cards. But I definitely recommend this place! The Prowler jets were very loud late one afternoon but so fun to witness as they flew over. They are practicing touch and go landings at the Outlier Field very nearby. “The sound of freedom”, as my Navy nephews say. "

"The views and the fenced in backyard are the main reasons I love this house. We have stayed here twice and it works perfect when we are up to visit our son. It is so peaceful. I did bring our own large coffee maker as the one at the house is so small for my family of coffee drinkers. Word of caution, the steps down into the backyard are quite slippery when it’s wet and cold. "

"Our family had the best time ever here. Went home wishing we owned the property, which is always a sign of a great rental. The retro vibes were perfect and we cannot wait to rebook it. Thanks so much to the owner for allowing our family to make these memories. Forever grateful!"
