"We did not have a mountain view nor did we have a hot tub. The windows did not open so unfortunately, we survived in a stuffy small room with a 24 inch TV. This picture does NOT AT ALL depict our room. There was an envelope left for us to tip the "housekeepers" yet we were not in our room from 11am - 11pm and our room was not cleaned, no clean towels, add'l toiletries sadly.

"Staff was nice and helpful. The EV chargers were used as parking spaces and not available for those of us who were expecting to use them. The room had two extremely bright flashing green lights on the fire alarm and other devices. The entire room lit up and you could not sleep through it. Need better beds. The elevator smelled like urine."
