  • Be our guest! Great modern suite in excellent central location. High end finishes include quartz and marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and heated bathroom floor. New bed and high end tempurpedic mattress 2024.
    Low additional fees and NO cleaning checklist. This home is well equipped with all the essentials and lots of extras. Property includes in-unit full size washer/dryer combo, commercial countertop oven, and all linens and towels.
    Relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Wi-fi, Disney plus, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are provided.
    The location can't be beat as it is in a quiet neighborhood near CSU and the Spring Creek trail. Close to Old Town and the Poudre Valley Hospital.
    The suite is attached to the main house with its own private entrance and no shared spaces. Additional sound proofing has been added to the walls and ceiling to keep the spaces separate and quiet.
