And, to top it all off, it's renewable energy power and carbon neutral!

This brand new home has been constructed with no detail spared. You'll love the vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, hot tub, custom tile throughout, and a space built for living in!

The chef's kitchen has an oversized island and features thoughtful design and connection to the dedicated dining room and living room.

Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, thoughtful finishes, comfortable beds and linens, and are a great place to rest!

Walking is great! And there is a Pace bike share station just south of our house. Uber rides downtown are also very cheap (~$5).
