Built in 1895 as a duplex cottage, The Modern Historic North and South has been lovingly restored and modernized with your comfort in mind in the fall of 2017. Between both sides, there are three bedrooms, ( 2 bedrooms on the south side, and 1 bedroom on the north) two full baths and two powder rooms, 2 pullout couches, 2 amazing kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 front porches and a large back patio area will make your stay a place to relax, unwind and enjoy! If you desire more space, this is a perfect way to enjoy BOTH sides of this warm and wonderful duplex!
