Great location and well stocked!
Our family of six stayed for three nights! The accommodations were great and close to the City Park and university. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything available to cook your own meals. There was also a nice grocery store within a mile. Will definitely stay again!!

Perfect house
We visited Fort Collins for CSU homecoming. This property was very clean and lots of room for two couples and an adult child. Good location. We loved our stay.

Great location and comfortable home
We were reconnecting with family and friends on our visit to Fort Collins and this house was an ideal place for us to gather for meals and conversation. We arrived later than expected the first night so it was wonderful to have coffee choices available for us the first morning. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The traffic on the street died down in the evenings so it was very quiet at night. Liked having the green space across the street and being able to see the golfers go by on the 9 hole golf course while having breakfast. The owners were very responsive and accommodating on two requests that we had.

Wonderful place to spend a Girls’ weekend
We found this house to be a very good place/location for my daughters and my Girls’ weekend. The place was clean, spacious. We appreciated having 3 bedrooms. Dishes, bedding and blankets, food supplies were ample. I saw that some reviews mentioned noise from the passing traffic…..we found no problem with that. We had difficulty with the Keurig, don’t know if it was us, or that the appliance needs a new electrical cord. The outside grill was left quite dirty by previous visitors, the tongs were buried in the dirt below the grill . It was easily taken care of, but something the cleaners might want to note. I was disappointed we were expected to take our own bedding off, and launder it. The cleaning fee appears to be quite steep, and I would not expect to have to strip my bed and begin the laundry. Dishes? That’s okay to start the dish water. Would I recommend this place? Yes…..

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. To answer your concerns…the Keurigs on/off switch in the back of the unit was turned to the off position. We did not realize the the grilling set had been taken by a previous renter and it has been replaced. We do ask our renters to strip the beds and start one load of wash. I apologize if you thought that was too much. It saves us a lot of time for our cleaning team so they can be attentive to other areas of the home. Thank you for your feedback!

Lovely Stay
I couldn’t have been happier with this rental. It was the most well stocked rental I’ve experienced. There were all the necessary kitchen supplies, basic food, hygiene products, extra blankets and towels, etc. I had to message the owners and received an immediate response. VERY CLEAN! It is no more than a ten minute drive from almost anywhere in Fort Collins. I highly recommend.

Great House!!
This was my family's third time renting through VRBO and this by far the best home we've stayed in. These owners knocked it out of the park on ALL levels. There were necessary essentials already provided which is HUGE when you have been traveling for hours with kids and the last thing you want to do it stop at the store to get toilet paper or soap when leaving the airport. It was already there along with many other supplies they didn't have to stock, but did anyway, and that went a long way in my book! The street in front is pretty busy at times but we wanted to stay close in to see the sights. Inside the home, you can't even hear the traffic though. I can't say enough nice things about our stay in this home. Definitely one to consider when booking your trip to beautiful Colorado!

Very nice
This place was just as shown in the pictures. I stayed with my sister and her friend. We came from different directions. The parking is right out front and more than adequate for our two cars. The beds are comfortable, the living room has comfortable chairs, the kitchen is large enough for everyone, and the dining table is just right for a large zigsaw puzzle (or eating, games, etc). Very short drive to downtown. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a very nice home and very true to the pictures and information provided. Being located across the street from a park and down the road from a walking trail was a nice benefit. This house is on a busy street but it is close to downtown and everything we needed.

Perfect stay close to Old Town
We loved our stay and Barb and Marc's property! Everything was spotless, the beds were comfy and the little touches like the white noise and travel toiletries were a welcome surprise. The location was super convenient and close to Old Town - we even walked to a nearby brewery! Do be aware that you are located on a busy street and that there really isn't an outdoor area to "relax" in - that was truly the only thing that we felt was missing from stay here. But other than that, we enjoyed cooking meals in the spacious kitchen and having a comfortable, clean place to sleep after our outdoor adverntures in Fort Collins.

Great, roomy updated home
We so enjoyed our stay here! The house is roomy with a great kitchen layout and seating area. Was perfect for our family of five and comfortable when we had a couple extra over for a meal. The house is clean, updated, and well-equipped. It is on a busy road but the traffic noise was minimal from inside and the owner even had a sound machine in the master. There is patio seating to the side of the property. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This was my first experience renting a VRBO and we were so pleased. Property was convenient to downtown and poudre river and across from City Park golf course. Traffics on Taft Hill can get busy but the front porch and back grass yard provided areas for boys to safely play. Clean property, comfortable beds, quality linens, and had many items there to help make our stay comfortable (like k-cups for coffee the first morning before getting to a grocery). There is a basement neighbor / apartment which we never heard and only saw when parking their vehicle. Felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. We will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the most comfortable and accommodating stays I have ever had. It had everything we needed and was roomy enough that the 4 of us never felt cramped. There is a beautiful golf course across the street and a lovely cemetery next to it that we took morning walks through. A walkable brew pub was just on the other side of that with a great patio. Will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean, plenty of clean white towels and also included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of blankets also. I actually think the property is nicer than the actual picture of the front. The golf course across the street gives a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again!
