This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! We enjoyed walking to CSU, downtown, and Old Town daily. The neighborhood is darling and so quiet. The layout of the house was perfect for a family of four. Harriet was wonderful and truly cared that we were happy with everything the entire time we were there. We can't wait to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family offour. Everything was as described and has been well-maintained with tasteful updates throughout. Perfect home and location!

This is a wonderful place to rent if you have a child at Colorado state or if you just want to enjoy Fort Collins and old town. The home is very clean, updated amenities and comfortable beds. The host is friendly and responsive Iwould definitely rent this place again.

Exceptional home!

This home was better than advertised. It’s located in the perfect area and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. The hostess was very responsive and helpful when needed. The amenities were great and the home was spotless. My family will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in town.

Perfect for a campus visit

We adored this home and loved the easy walk to CSU campus. We were worried about it being a duplex, but it was totally quiet- as if it were a single family home. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is stocked. Front porch was a great place to watch the afternoon storms roll in.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with easy access

Apart from a hiccup when we arrived and the entry code didn't work, we had a great stay. The house is spacious, well appointed, clean, with a nice porch to sit out on, on a tree lined street close enough to any shops and restaurants you might need. Beds very comfortable and shower hot with good pressure. Overall, no complaints.

We were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. The house is nicely updated while still keeping its charm. The parking is perfect. The house is immaculate. (my favorite part). Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely stocked. Good location. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This was a lovely stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen gear you might need, including ice packs, which were helpful when we went out with a cooler. The knives actually were sharp, which seems trivial, but many places have dull knives, making it difficult to cook. There are basic spices and olive oil, which were helpful because we didn't need to provide them. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The only things in the rooms are nightstands and beds, but the closets are large, and we placed our luggage on the luggage rack in the closet. The bathrooms were well-stocked with thoughtful items like cotton balls. The check-in process was a breeze, and I'm very grateful the hosts let us check in a few hours early when we arrived in town earlier than expected. It's a lovely walk to downtown, and there are restaurants around. We will definitely be back!
