Staff was awesome! Super helpful and very kind. Hot tub did not work, not enough pool towels, technical issues with reservation in system, restaurant and bar not open, no breakfast served other than mini muffins, could not use laundry facility.

Beds are comfortable. Very big rooms. Outdated but comfortable. Don’t plan on using the pool. The temperature is absolutely freezing and intolerable even for children. No hot tub. Breakfast buffet is good. Overall a decent place to stay.

We did not even stay here and forfeited our booking fees. Checked in, drove to park, found people living in this hotel. Felt very unsafe anywhere on the property due to the druggies and prostitutes walking around the property. Inside smelled very musty and was not clean at all. Don't recommend this place unless you are looking for drugs or a prostitute.

Did not have breakfast as promised, did not have coffee, hot tub was closed, halls were dirty and smelly, sign out front still advertised free breakfast too! Feels like it’s getting ready to be demolished.

The room was grimy and smelled of mold. The hall to the rooms looked like it was painted by 1st graders and the door number to our room was written on blue masking tape. I'd never stay here again. Terrible, there is no quality in this inn at all.

Worst hotel ever dirty curtains and bench was dirty worh stains. Staff manager at thatw as very rude. Tub was dirty inside black didnt even use it asked for money back stated rhey dont give refunds. Will never stay again or recommend it to anyone .

RUN AWAY don't walk run

Very horrible smell though out the building, very shady people, we got moved 4 times due to how nasty the room was, even the room we ended up staying in was horrible, dirty bedding, used nasty pillows, found used wash cloths in shower curtain.... too many bad thing to list

Well traveling with a handicapped child in a power wheelchair is hard enough! The "accessible" doors were not working. At all! Then our first floor room was a step up! We were unable to be swithed to a walk in room due to "being full" yet we saw almost nobody during our stay. Also the bathroom/shower had peeling paint, the toilet ran constantly, and there was coloring all over the walls!

Find a different hotel.

The first room they offered me was one without a working telephone and an elevated toilet seat. The second which I stayed in had an AC that would only get cool, no iron or ironing board, no coffee pot, no ice bucket and a horrible smell. The next morning at breakfast, the f word was flying from the mouth of staff. It was bad and I left after 1 night. Never again

Not For Families

This is a place for vagabonds. We felt our children weren't safe here. Lots of drugs and alcohol. The only way we could get into the building was through doors that were propped open; the three exterior doors we checked would not open. The pool was freezing, the hot tub had no water, the whole place stinks, the remote control didn't work, the shower handle was broken off, there was writing on the mirrors, we had to exchange keys four times, and the sliding door didn't slide. To their credit, the service was good and the breakfast was delicious.
