Great Base to Explore
Lovely apartment, about 15 minute walk to the centre of Fort Collins. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

Great place and great location!
We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. The place was very nice and very conveniently located near Old West Town and we were able to walk everywhere! Would definetly stay again!

Great location and great home
This has to be one of my favorite places. It has a very homey feel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It is a short walk to Old Town. I would highly recommend.

Fall in Fort Collins

The neighborhood is interesting and doesn't feel incredibly safe, but it is so close to everything, which is nice. The blow up mattress must've had a leak because it slowly lost air overnight. Missing dish soap and could use a new shower curtain, but the shampoo in both showers is so good! Comfy beds, beautiful living area, and such a helpful host. We enjoyed this space for a short family getaway!

We were very pleased that the property was just as advertised. Stacy was communicative at every phase of our stay which made it feel very comfortable. The location was great for walking to Old Town and the University.

Death in family
We were there because of a death in the family. The family member lived in severance. This location was ideal for eating, coffee, breakfast! It gave all of us a chance to spend time together in a very lovely apartment.

Great location!
We stayed here for a few days and loved the apartment. It’s very spacious, well equipped and comfy. It was a ten minute walk to the heart of Fort Collins and we wandered down a couple times each day. Don’t be put off by it’s proximity to Riverside. It’s quiet and super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, new renovation
This property lived up to the photos and was really conveniently located near downtown Fort Collins. Our family stayed here during Christmas week and a major cold front, and it did seem like the new renovation was not up to the cold. The back bedrooms were consistently cold with new windows that seemed to let in a lot of road noise and cold. One bed is quite old and very squeaky. But overall we enjoyed the space and the unit had a great amount of kitchen items available for use. The owners checked in and we’re available for any needs.

Cute, clean place near downtown
We had a great time staying in this updated, clean condo. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, and it had bikes available to use.

Clean and modern
Newly updated with a clean and modern feel. No problems with check-in. One day our wifi wasn't working but Stacy was quick to have it resolved. We had just a little trouble finding the entrance and parking so I would suggest have a detailed map included in the welcome email. It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen supplies if you were staying for long - we made dinner one night but there was only one big bowl for mixing. Lots of cabinetry but most are empty. Coffee was provided which was very nice. Close to Old Town, grocery stores and breweries. Lots of hot water for showers.

Thought of everything
We were in town for a wedding so six of us stayed at the property. We made dinner one evening and the kitchen had everything we needed. We noticed that about most everything. Iron for the dress shirts, bikes to go into town ... We also appreciated that we could walk to Old Town so we didn't need three cars for three various schedules.

Great location. Plenty of room for 8 people. Master bed is super comfy! If you plan on using the provided air mattress be sure to bring pillow and blankets (sheets are provided for it).
