A great place to stay

We were only able to stay one night, but I wish we could’ve enjoyed this place longer. It was exactly like the pictures and clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again.

Great townhouse and good location

We had a great time in Fort Collins and our stay was perfect. The house had plenty of room and the roof top deck was a wonderful space to hang out. We would definitely stay there again.

Fort Collins Getaway

Our group had a wonderful stay at Justin's property. He was easy to communicate with, the location was great, and the property was clean and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor area with the fireplace was perfect!

Concert in Fort Collins

We visited to go to a concert at the Mishawaka. The place was clean, easy to get to, easy to get in, and was comfortable. Would stay there again!

Clean, quiet and comfortable townhouse

This townhouse was immaculate when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping at night. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We walked to a nearby fitness center and also to Old Town Fort Collins. Hiking trails were only a 15-20 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again.

This place was better than described! It was comfortable, clean, new and modern. Beds were great and house and neighborhood very quiet. Wished we had another night in Fort Collins! We'll be back ; )

Family Celebration

We came to Fort Collins to spread my dads ashes. I had not been back since I graduated high school in 2004. We chose this VRBO because the closeness to old town. The house was amazing, plenty of space, a great kitchen (we love to cook), and a good vibe. Met some of the neighbors, walked to get coffe in the morning, and a great place to unwind after a long day. We plan on making this an annual gathering and will definitely stay here again!

Celebration Of Life

Rented property for Celebration of Life for family member that had long term connection to the Fort Collins community. Good location and nice unit with beautiful 3rd floor balcony. Did get noise complaint pretty early in the evening (before 9 pm). We had no loud music or partying, just fun conversations with some good local beer. Overall, good rental if you turn in early.
