"While the staff was friendly, this place was very dirty and rundown. I had mold rings along the shower, so refused to use it. The elevator sounded like it might break at any moment. Luckily the bed seemed clean, and I was too exhausted so it was fine enough to sleep. The building could use some love to make it more appealing for sure."

"Large comfortable room in an older motel that has been kept up. Nothing fancy or modern but reasonable. The gentleman at receptions was cheerful and fun to talk to. The overall appearance of the motel, in particular the big western sign, could use some "love”."

"I made this reservation and paid for it in early April for a stay in May. The day before arrival, I called the hotel to notify them about my late check-in, and the employee assured me it would not be an issue. However, while I was already three hours into my drive, I received a notification around 8:00 PM that my reservation had been canceled without my authorization or any prior communication. When I contacted the hotel, they blamed the third-party booking company (Expedia). The third-party company then informed me that the hotel was actually the one who canceled the reservation and that I had been given incorrect information and that my booking was "in progres" still even tho there is no rooms and i got a message aboutmy booking being canceled. The lack of communication and contradictory explanations were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. What makes this even worse is that the cancellation happened while I was already traveling, yet no one contacted me earlier in the day. I was also told there were no rooms available after my reservation was canceled, which makes little sense considering the timing. To add to the situation, one of the managers was dismissive and rude while I was trying to explain my concerns. I am now being forced to go through the refund process because of how poorly this entire situation was handled. (Expedia and their special team was very helpful with me though the process)"

"Went to desk about very noisy worker's partying out my room. Advised they woyld stop at 2100. They did not. 2345 noise and them drinking playing stereo loud. Crappy management support. Shoyld hsve called police myself."
