Lovely stay, amazing staff. Would like to suggest that the roof bar be kept open as it is a really amazing experience and was only open for the 'Meet and Greet" one evening during our 5 day stay.

Very quiet, pristine property. Short taxi ride to downtown and cruise port. Limited eating options at hotel but grocery store and restaurants just short walk away. Would return.

This was my first time in the island and I enjoyed every day the staff was helpful and assisted me in things that I had no idea how to arrange due to me not speaking French, but everyone was so helpful. Thank you everyone!

Cost of taxis given by staff was consistently inconsistent. It was always half of it actually turns out to be. The only decent place to eat nearby is Le Spice. The restaurant at the hotel is managed by a rather snobby chef - she responded when I asked for a plate of french fries “no trabajo en frituras!” Not recommended.

Hello Mohamed, Sorry for you, but you can make us responsible for the taxi prices and its different prices (which is normal considering that we have a lot of traffic here in Martinique). The restaurant is also independant from us. Hopefully you'll have a better stay somewhere else. Thank you anyway for staying with us.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Martinique

The staff at the hotel was excellent, they went above and beyond to help us on our needs. The hotel has a restaurant attached but that was a different issue, the service at the restaurant was poor and no costumer service was part of their business model.

L'hébergement est très bien, cependant je souhaite soulevé 2 points à améliorer : - le ménage qui se fait tous les 3 jours sachant que dans d'autre appart hotel en Martinique et d' autres pays il est journalier - l'eau chaude qui est bridée (il n'y a pas d'eau chaude en continue) et le peu qu'il y en ait est brulante car impossible de régler le la température en raison du mitigeur droit qui ne délivrait pas d'eau froide

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour ne vous ait pas plus. Il ne faut pas hésiter à communiquer à la Réception si il y a un soucis de serviettes/draps, nous tachons toujours de faire les changements nécessaires. Ceci étant dit, nous sommes un Appart' hôtel, de ce fait nous ne faisons pas de ménages pour moins de 4 nuits. Nous espérons tout de même vous revoir à la Résidence.
