"Just 3-5 minutes to the beach. Nice swimming pool area - be aware that it borders a school with ongoing school yard noise if you plan to relax at the pool ( not on the weekend). Great breakfast. Love the MCM style, rich decor Book definitely a room to the front as to the back can be dark. It sits within a residential area. Easily walkable to be h, restaurants, cap ferrat Check the calendar for local events as rates can spike."

"From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely woman at the front desk after a very long trip. I needed help figuring out one of the electrical outlets in my room, and the gentleman at the front desk kindly came up and showed me how it worked. The location is especially convenient if you want easy access to transportation that can take you almost anywhere. The train station is just across the street, a few hundred feet away, with a gently sloped sidewalk. The rooms are simple, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with great air conditioning, a built-in hairdryer, elevators, and a wonderful shower with both a rain feature and handheld shower head. There’s also a comfortable, air-conditioned lobby with plenty of places to sit and relax. I loved the breakfast and had it every day. There was a wonderful variety of breads, cheeses, meats, fruit, juices, coffee, and even eggs you can boil yourself. The hotel provides breakfast but does not serve food otherwise. Beverages are available, and occasionally there are complimentary little snacks and things to nibble on in the afternoon and early evening, so come prepared if you’ll want something to eat later. It’s just minutes by train to Monte Carlo and Menton, and Villefranche-sur-Mer in the other direction. There’s also a wonderful café Le Catalan, open 12-1030 pm, diagonally across the street with the BEST 16€ wood fired pizza and dishes I still dream of. 💕 I loved my stay and will 100% be back!"

"The place is phenomenal - the property sits on top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The views are incredible. The room we got was top notch with mind blowing views - you can sit all day and do nothing but gaze at the boats in the sea. The breakfast was included and delicious, the Michelin Star restaurant food was outstanding. The service calls for some improvement - we ordered room service and had to call multiple times to get them to clear the plates away; we had to call multiple times to get water. Keep in mind - this is an expensive hotel, so they assume you don't need to ask for the price of additional services you get there and can afford them. It is like the JP Morgan's famous idiom regarding his yacht Corsair: "If you have to ask the cost, you can't afford it.""
