Quiet at night, like we needed, to get a good night's rest. Didn't check in till midnight so can't say much about the rest of the time. Bed had a large dip in the middle would be my only complaint but overall nice clean room and no odors like you might have at other cheaper hotels. Great value.

The hotel was nice and clean. I wish they would have had the gold out couch stated in the room description for my son to sleep on. I had to run out and buy an inflatable air mattress to sleep on during our 2 night stay.

Trash everywhere it's on the property. It's hair in my face, it's shower. This dirty shower curtain it's a book, a clean bed.We've got two full size beds instead i've stated this property over the years, and it just keeps getting worse

The room was very nice, some baseboards needed cleaning but otherwise it was good. I liked having the safe in the room, that was a big plus. Otherwise, nice sized room, bed was pretty comfortable and over-all no issues.

Our tv didn't work so my husband had to pull the big ol dresser out to restart the box, and push it back and it still didn't work. Turned out when the dresser was all the way back it jacked up the cords on the tv. So after about 40 min he got it fixed. Water pressure in the shower was weak; liked to never got shampoo rinsed out but we got it. The blow dryer stunk to high heaven when drying my hair but we got through that too. The staff was EXCELLANT in accommodating us, and the beds were great. Breakfast didn't accommodate our keto diet, everything was carbs but that isn't a game changer. Rarely do hotels accommodate that lifestyle. I'd stay there again. It was a nice over night stay while we attended a funeral. We appreciated you being there and being so kind!

The manager broke his back in trying to help us. He was so busy. Our airconditioning in our room did not work. He tried to fix it but that did not work. He gave us a room across the hall which had a working air conditioner in 100 heat. However as we soon discovered, the bathroom door could not be closed fully, thus ruining the privacy between my wife and daughter and myself. The room was also very musty, but since it was late, decided not to bother the manager any more, inasmuch as he had tried the best to help us out. The beds were comfortable and we had traveled all the way from Moab UT and were very tired. Slept well and enjoyed breakfast but not what we had hoped for for $100.

this is one of the few hotels in webster city, and my family and i booked it last minute because it was the only option at the time. staff was friendly. we checked in at 3pm, but made the mistake of not checking the room until we decided to get in for the night at 9pm. we got to the room and it was very stuffy and had an old smell. one of the beds had a burn mark (looked like from a cigarette), but it was supposed to be a non smoking room. my son was playing and lost his toys underneath one of the beds. i went down to look for it and saw this and took a picture. there was a lighter, apple peel shavings, and i think it was a lemon? i talked to the front desk and they had said they would send housekeeping up to take care of it, but my son had already fallen asleep and i didn't want them to wake him up. plus, it should have already been cleaned before i checked in. I asked for a refund or partial, and they said they would talk to management but never got back to me.
