We are located within 20 minutes of Niagara Falls, Niagara on The Lake, and Crystal Beach. The house has over 2300 sq. ft of bright open concept living by day and a super-comfortable sleep at night. Wake up to a breathtaking view of nature with wildlife sightings in our half-acre backyard with a pond.

Nearby, within walking distance, is the popular Friendship Trail and Waverley Beach. Enjoy the Lake Erie coastline with a close-up view of the Peace Bridge and the Buffalo, New York skyline. Hop over to Buffalo, New York for a day of shopping, a sporting event, or a concert

INSIDE - This newly renovated home combines Dutch colonial architecture with high-end finishes to provide the comfort and conveniences of contemporary living. Spacious rooms and three full baths offer plenty of living space for families of all sizes. Additional conveniences include a coffee bar, wine fridge, electric fireplace, television, and free wi-fi.

OUTSIDE - A tree-hung hammock invites quiet relaxation. A deck with a barbeque grill and a large backyard patio are perfect for family gatherings. At sunset, gather around the cozy fire pit to roast marshmallows. Birdwatchers are treated to a variety of colourful birds that frequent the half-acre property. A family of deer makes an appearance in the early morning. Steps away everyone can enjoy the new Albert Street Park.
