"Wonderful staff, but room cleanliness fell short I want to give a huge compliment to the property staff—they were welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Breakfast was also satisfactory, though a bit basic compared to the wider selections at other Comfort Inn properties. However, room hygiene needs urgent improvement. Finding roaches and a discarded cigarette packet under the bed was unacceptable. Because the service was so outstanding, I do plan on returning, but I hope to see a major improvement in room maintenance and cleanliness next time."
