Crystal Bay Rentals - The Palms Bnb is a great house for your family and friends. We are in a prime location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. With plenty of space to sit, play and relax, you are sure to have a great time. Our home is fully equipped with a brand new hot tub, gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and plenty of outdoor space. We have a huge side yard that is ideal for lawn games. We also have some awesome board games for all ages. Come and check it out for yourself! 



The property sits on a large double lot, giving your much space to enjoy the outdoors. The house is two levels with bathrooms on both levels. We have a games area in the three season sunroom. There is laundry on the main level of the house, and a great walk out porch with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. We have a gas bbq for your use, and loungers to soak up the sun. From the back patio you can access the hot tub, which can be enjoyed year round! There is room for up to two cars to park, with free street parking. You will have full, private access to the house. 



It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible. We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time! 



The neighbourhood is quiet. There is a kids park right across the street, and minutes to all of the best shops and restaurants in Crystal Beach. We are walking distance to pretty much everything. You would just need to drive to the grocery store. We are minutes from the Friendship Trail, which is a long paved trail for walking, running, cycling, or rollerblading. Very close to the fun! Minutes from restaurants, shops & the beach! 



No smoking inside the house. HST excluded in price. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional fee for pets will be charged. Please contact for other inquiries. The hot tub is sanitized between guest, but it is the responsibility of the current guest to clean it after each use by adding chemicals. We had an amazing one-night getaway in this cute beach community! The hot tub was a perfect touch, providing relaxation enjoyed with friends. The host Bryan was incredibly accommodating, and the cozy home was a well decorated space which made our stay memorable.

Lovely Home

As moms of twins, my friends and I were looking for a getaway and we had a wonderful weekend at this cute property. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the living areas and beds were very comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the deck and enjoyed the sunroom for happy hour. Nice Stay near the Lake

Family of three, in-laws, and a dog stayed here as a stopover on a long road trip. The playground just across the street was so great for our toddler to play after a long car ride. Unfortunately due to our drive we missed our chance to actually see the lake. But the house was very comfortable and clean and as pictured. I enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the house manual! Walkable neighborhood. Nice stay, thank you!

Girls weekend away

We had a lovely time at this place it is very cute inside and styled and decorated nicely! We did find that there were a lot of stains on all the upholstered furniture and on some curtains and walls as well. Also in the rules for the hot tub it was explained that no glass was to be around or in the hot tub (totally understandable) however there were no plastic cup options in the cupboards, we had brought some solo cups to enjoy beverages from but it would have been nice to not have to bring those especially since it’s a rule of the house. All in all it’s an adorable place to stay perfect location to the shoppes and beach! We had a great time!

We had so much fun on our stay! Location was fantastic, just minutes to the beach and restaurants! The home was clean, welcoming and ready for us. The owners had a wonderful binder so we knew about local places around us but anything we needed to know was answered in the book. The kids played games in the game room and we enjoyed the hot tub! Linens were clean and anything g we needed washed like beach towels was at our fingertips! We will be back.
