Beautiful and newly renovated mid-century modern house with only a short walk to Lake Huron and a beautiful sandy beach. Home is just minutes north of Fort Gratiot shopping district and fifteen minutes south of Lexington. Located in a quiet and lovely subdivision just a block away from Fort Gratiot park's playscape, path and pavilions. Five minute drive north to Lakeport State Park with scenic paths for hiking and fall color.
Beautiful spacious knotty pine living room/dining room and additional family room. Dining table with leaves and eight chairs. Perfect for holiday dinners. Family room has a breakfast nook that seats four for meals or cards or puzzles. Three spacious bedrooms and two newly updated full bathrooms with showers.
