Fort Henry

l’air climatisé dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Il faisait 25 degrés. Ils ne peuvent ou ne veulent pas te changer de chambre sous prétexte que l’hôtel est plein.

We asked for a king size bed and we got a queen size bed. Not bottle water included in the room. We stayed for 2 nights and they never cleaned our room. Charged $140 for 2 days parking.

The Loft Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Only issue was we wanted to use the pull-out couch and it was dirty from food crumbs, etc when we opened it. There were also no sheets and we had to call multiple times for the sheets to come. They asked us what bedding we wanted but did not get the 2 pillows or fitted sheet we asked for. Otherwise we really liked the room and space. We would still go back and stay as it was a great price and space for what we needed. There is also a beautiful brunch place walking distance on the lake.
