"The woman who checked us in made our stay. She was so sweet and helpful to my 5 year old. He talked about her the whole time. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Stained linens, debris on the floor including a THC vape pen. Light breakfast, 3-4 options with coffee and orange juice. No pool. Close to stores & restaurants. Parks and farmers market too. None of this is complaining, just stating facts incase they could help people. I’ll be staying here again, I brought my own blanket and slept like a rock."

"Our 3rd year coming to this hotel, sure it’s outdated but i wouldn’t expect to pay the price we do for a brand new hotel. The price reflects the hotel and i feel like it’s a great deal, the pool is wonderful (maybe a tad bit cold, but you have the shauna to jump in) the kids arcade also great for families. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, great location to Santa’s Village and nice breakfast in the AM. Overall we are always happy with our stay."

"We stayed at this beautiful new property in the White Mountains of New Hampshire with our teenage daughters. We stayed in 2 stargazer tents, and we loved the beds, shower (quite hot), privacy and the stargazing experience. We enjoyed the fire pit and complimentary marshmallows as well. There was complimentary tea and coffee and water offered in the lobby tent. However, the other amenities of the camp site were mediocre at best. Food was terrible and the alcoholic drinks were not good either. There was almost no shade, not in front of the tents and not in the outside common areas. It is prohibited to have food and alcohol in your tent, but with the food and alcohol so badly offered that really is a bummer. Being close to your own tent is not stimulated, as outdoor seating was very uncomfortable. But if you know all this, the environment has enough to offer, with pretty good breakfast, lunch and dining options in the neighboring villages (Lancaster and Lincoln). All in all we had a nice overall experience."

"This place is everything you want and more. They supply just about everything you would need and then some. The property is goregous with 100% privacy and a short walk to the water where you get to meet the hosts and their 2 lovely dogs. Joe and Donna go above and beyond as far as hospitality goes. They even set up kayaks for us knowing we wanted to use them the following day. They're both so nice and have plenty of traveling stories if you have time to chat! I will be going back and would recommend it to anyone else!"
