"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Edmonton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The bed was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the in-room amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, coffee station) worked perfectly.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major routes. Parking was straightforward, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.
A highlight was the breakfast — a nice selection of hot and cold options, all fresh and well presented. The staff in the dining area were attentive and kind, which made mornings even better.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re in Edmonton for business or leisure, the Holiday Inn provides fantastic value, comfort, and service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."
"It was our first time in White Rock and the Ocean Promonade Hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect for walking and going over to the water, lots of places to eat, also all walking distance, the rooms are very spacious, cozy and clean, nicely updated, equip anything you might need and the views are amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, parking was super easy and cheap in comparison to most hotels. We felt very safe here. The only thing I will say, it's not a brand new property therefore does NOT have soundproof rooms even though that is one of the features it boasts.
You can hear your neighbors around you, not so much you can't sleep but enough that if loud enough it can wake you up. However, that did not hinder our stay at all, we will definitely be back! This was a perfect anniversary trip thanks to our stay! "
