Beautiful, large and modern home

The property was excellent - spacious, modern and well equipped with all our needs for a large family (and young kids). Property was in great condition, very well kept and felt like we were living in it for the first time. Fantastic pool / backyard and fully stoked / modern kitchen definitely stood out for us.

Great communication - was able to check in a few hours early. Exceptionally clean and well supplied. - food and drink is the only thing we had to get. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. Pictures show exactly what you’re getting. Great pool area and outdoor seating. Absolutely nothing negative to say. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and spacious home!

The house was amazing! Plenty of space both indoors and out back for everyone to get together. Tons of TVs, close to the beaches and downtown Ft Lauderdale. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful oasis

Wonderful oasis with rooms that opened up onto pool area. The interior was excellent, clean, and neat. All amenities were available for living in the space. The king bed was very comfortable which made sleeping there a pleasure. Very relaxing place with lots of nearby things to do and explore.

Great property. Laid out well to be together and separate. Only suggestions for improvement would be: 1) add more lights to bathrooms, they are not well lit. 2)the pool needs a hand rail down the middle of steps. Steps were too tall without help to get in and out of pool. An issue for older adults and young children.

Beautiful comfortable lovely home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The management Brampton Park were so great and contacted us before we even left which we found so reassuring. Easy entry to house on arrival and the whole place was pristine clean. Great kitchen has everything you need. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. Beautiful yard and pool was perfect. Chairs and umbrella for beach. Pictures are very accurate. We had few minor issues and again Brampton Park always got back to use right away. Thank you to Matt for all your help! Was more house than 2 of us needed, but we absolutely loved it. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything. Do not hesitate to rent this gorgeous home you will not regret it.

Ferienhaus in ruhige Lage. Vacation home in quiet area. Shopping facilities close to the property.

Dieses Ferienhaus bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Modern, sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. 2 großzügige Zimmer, 1 kleineres Zimmer sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten. Mit genügend Staumöglichkeiten für Kleider. Die beiden größeren Zimmer haben das Bad im Zimmer. Das kleinere Zimmer teilt sich ein weiteres Bad mit dem Kinderzimmer. Dieses Bad liegt außerhalb der beiden Zimmer. Das ist aber kein Problem. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Für Bad und Pool gibt es ausreichend Handtücher. Die Küche selbst bietet sehr viel Platz. Neben Backofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter. Kochgeschirr und Besteck ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im großzügigen Außenbereich stehen 6 Liegen zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist beheizbar. Auch an einem Grill fehlt es nicht. Die Terrasse kann bei Bedarf mit Rollos geschlossen werden. Für den Tag am Strand stehen Klappstühle in der Garage zur Verfügung. Die Ansprechpartner der Agentur waren für uns immer erreichbar und haben uns unter anderem beim Ticketkauf unterstützt. Vielen Dank an Rebecca und Matt. Wenn man etwas anmerken möchte: Die Sitzgarnitur auf der Terrasse ist sehr niedrig. Wenn man draußen Essen möchte ist es nicht sehr bequem. Die Garageneinfahrt ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse und Autos sehr schmal. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. This vacation home offers everything you could wish for. Modern, clean and high quality furnishings. 2 spacious rooms, 1 smaller room and a children's room with bunk beds. With enough storage space for clothes. The two larger rooms have the bathroom in the room. The smaller room shares another bathroom with the children's room. This bathroom is located outside the two rooms. But this is not a problem. Each room has a television. There are enough towels for the bathroom and the pool. The kitchen itself offers a lot of space. In addition to an oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave, there is a large refrigerator with ice maker. Cookware and cutlery is also available. In the spacious outdoor area there are 6 sunbeds available. The pool is heatable. There is also no lack of a barbecue. The terrace can be closed with blinds if necessary.
