Plumbing issues

It was ok except for there were no tv in the bedrooms. The pool could have been cleaner. The last day both toilets were not usable. The tub backed up with black water after doing laundry. We had to clean overflow toilet water up in both bathrooms. When I asked for 1 day refund the owner tried to blame us for using too much paper. We were 2 adults. We were out most of our day. It was definitely a plumbing issue from previous use. We will not be revisiting.
